Canada Malting Co. Limited produces a full range of malts, from 2-Row and 6-row base to Wheat, Munich, Distiller’s and Rye malts. We use excellent quality grain, grown primarily throughout the Canadian prairies.
Canada Malting malts are available in 25-kilogram bags, in totes, as well as in bulk quantities, which can be shipped in 20- or 40-foot containers, truck loads and railcar loads, as well as on oceangoing vessels.
In addition to our domestic malts, Canada Malting distributes a superb selection of British and European malts from renowned maltsters, including Bairds Malt and Thomas Fawcett & Sons (both U.K.-based), Malteries-Franco-Belges (France) and Best Malz (Germany). The result is that our relationships with our local growers and our grain elevators are second to none in the industry. Additionally, we own and operate a number of our own grain elevators in key barley-producing areas, allowing us to get even closer to the farmers and the best quality barley.
