Who We Are

Canada Malting Co. (CMC) is Canada’s largest malting business.  We’re privileged to work with farming communities across the Canadian prairies–and, whether it’s critical infrastructure, local jobs or market access, we work hard to support them. We currently operate three malthouses (Calgary, Thunder Bay, Montreal) and nine Country Elevators.  We are part of a global network of malt houses and distribution centers that combined are the 4th top global malt producers.
